I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and modern, providing a comfortable retreat. The staff was exceptionally helpful and added a personal touch to the stay. However, I found the dining options to be somewhat limited, which was a bit disappointing. The hotel has a relaxing atmosphere, but the Wi-Fi was an extra charge, which felt like an oversight considering the overall price.

The location was fantastic, being near the Lotte tower and several shops, but the dining could use some improvement, especially regarding the breakfast selection.
